截至6月1日17時，全省已收獲小麥3177.2萬畝(約占全省種植面積的37.3%)，其中：信陽麥收大頭落地，南陽767.5萬畝（69.2%），駐馬店726.9萬畝（61.1%），周口397.5萬畝（35.8%），平頂山186.3萬畝（53.4%），洛陽115.7萬畝（33%），鄭州100.4萬畝（43.4%），開封91.3萬畝（20.7%）。當日投入聯合收割機10.6萬臺，收獲小麥987.1萬畝。
