滄州長九物業(yè)管理有限公司2026年5月1日發(fā)布的告知函稱，自2019年9月與龍岸清華簽訂前期物業(yè)服務(wù)協(xié)議以來已經(jīng)6年時間了，服務(wù)期間始終是我司墊付資金維持運營，經(jīng)營出現(xiàn)了嚴重虧損。定于2026年7月31日16：00起，全面終止龍岸清華東區(qū)全部物業(yè)服務(wù)工作。
