英國獨立游戲發行商Playstack近日確認，已被美國媒體集團Integrated Media Company旗下子公司VantageCo Limited收購，交易金額達1.124億英鎊，收購股份比例為84.5%。
Playstack曾發行《小丑牌》這樣的知名獨立作品，而其母公司Integrated Media Company同時擁有GameSpot、Fandom、Metacritic等游戲媒體與社區平臺。
Playstack主管表示，本次收購后公司組織架構與業務形式將保持不變，未來仍將專注于發掘高質量獨立游戲作品。
