目前，已有一名瑞士乘客

在返回瑞士后確診并住院。

自該郵輪上月啟航以來，已有3人死亡，包括一對荷蘭夫婦以及一名德國籍乘客。

目前尚不清楚疫情是如何發(fā)生的。但世衛(wèi)組織WHO推測，死亡的荷蘭夫婦可能是在登船前，于阿根廷旅行期間感染病毒。

譚德塞在媒體簡報會上表示，目前WHO已通知12個國家，這些國家的公民曾在位于疫情中心、航行于大西洋的荷蘭郵輪MV Hondius號上，并于圣赫勒拿島下船，其中包括一名新西蘭乘客。

“WHO的一名專家已在佛得角登上該郵輪，隨后還有兩名來自荷蘭的醫(yī)生以及一名來自歐洲疾病預(yù)防與控制中心（ECDC）的專家加入。他們將一直留在船上，直至郵輪抵達加那利群島（Canary Islands）?！?/p>

譚德塞表示，“他們目前正在對船上所有人員進行醫(yī)療評估，并收集相關(guān)信息，以評估他們的感染風險。WHO也正在制定詳細的操作指引，以確保乘客和船員抵達后，能夠以安全且尊重個人權(quán)益的方式下船并繼續(xù)后續(xù)行程。”

這12個國家分別是：加拿大、丹麥、德國、荷蘭、新西蘭、圣基茨和尼維斯、新加坡、瑞典、瑞士、土耳其、英國和美國。

郵輪運營商Oceanwide Expeditions表示，郵輪抵達圣赫勒拿島時，船上共有120名乘客，其中有30人于4月24日下船，包括一名于4月11日在船上去世的乘客。

WHO表示，目前共報告8宗病例，其中3人死亡，8宗病例中有5宗已被確診為漢坦病毒感染。

新西蘭衛(wèi)生部公共衛(wèi)生總監(jiān)Corina Grey表示：“新西蘭衛(wèi)生部已知悉MV Hondius號上出現(xiàn)漢坦病毒病例，目前正與世界衛(wèi)生組織及其他國家合作監(jiān)測情況。”

她表示：“新西蘭邊境擁有完善的公共衛(wèi)生措施，如有需要，可以對可能接觸過漢坦病毒的人作出應(yīng)對。但截至目前，我們沒有收到任何信息顯示，新西蘭本地目前需要針對漢坦病毒啟動公共衛(wèi)生響應(yīng)。”

根據(jù)Oceanwide Expeditions本周稍早發(fā)布的更新，目前尚不清楚這名下船的新西蘭乘客是否已經(jīng)返回新西蘭，仍有另一名新西蘭人留在MV Hondius號上。

病毒爆發(fā)近一個月后才被通報

“下船乘客返回各個國家！”

此前，一名乘客向西班牙媒體《El Pais》表示，那些在圣赫勒拿島下船的人，直到本周才被告知船上發(fā)生疫情。

那么，什么是

漢坦病毒（hantavirus）呢？

漢坦病毒是一類由嚙齒動物攜帶、可導(dǎo)致人類嚴重疾病的病毒。這類病毒最早于韓國漢灘江地區(qū)被發(fā)現(xiàn)，于1993年首次在美國被確認。

疾病早期癥狀包括疲勞、發(fā)燒和肌肉酸痛，尤其常見于大肌肉群——如大腿、臀部、背部，有時也包括肩膀。

約半數(shù)感染者還會出現(xiàn)頭痛、頭暈、發(fā)冷，以及惡心、嘔吐、腹瀉和腹痛等腹部問題。

在4至10天后，患者可能進一步出現(xiàn)咳嗽和呼吸困難等癥狀，因為肺部會開始積液。潛伏期——即從感染到出現(xiàn)癥狀之間的時間——通常為2至3周，但最長可達8周。

倫敦衛(wèi)生與熱帶醫(yī)學院分子病毒學教授Roger Hewson表示，不同種類的漢坦病毒分布于全球不同地區(qū)?！霸诿乐?，一些漢坦病毒可能引發(fā)漢坦病毒肺綜合征（HPS），這是一種罕見但可能極其嚴重的肺部疾病。”

“癥狀初期通常較不明顯，包括發(fā)燒、肌肉酸痛、頭痛以及腸胃不適，隨后部分患者會發(fā)展為呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病?！?/p>

據(jù)悉，漢坦病毒肺綜合征“非常危險”，阿根廷每年約有100人感染該病，其中約三分之一死亡。

感染漢坦病毒最常見的方式，是吸入含有受感染嚙齒動物排泄物、尿液或唾液的灰塵，雖然人傳人的風險非常低，但過去確實曾出現(xiàn)過相關(guān)案例。

“目前尚無特效療法...

出現(xiàn)這些癥狀請立即就醫(yī)！”

目前尚無針對漢坦病毒感染的特效療法。

根據(jù)哈佛醫(yī)學院發(fā)布的文章，一種名為利巴韋林（ribavirin）的抗病毒藥物有時會被建議使用，因為它已被證明對某些會導(dǎo)致腎衰竭的漢坦病毒類型有效；但對于影響肺部和心臟的病例，目前尚未證實有效。

哈佛醫(yī)學院表示，盡早識別感染癥狀并及時接受治療的患者預(yù)后通常優(yōu)于延遲求醫(yī)者——如果疾病能在早期被識別，患者通常會接受氧氣治療，以幫助他們度過嚴重呼吸困難階段。

哈佛醫(yī)學院稱，如果你曾接觸過嚙齒動物，并出現(xiàn)發(fā)燒、深層肌肉疼痛以及嚴重呼吸困難等癥狀，應(yīng)立即就醫(yī)。同時務(wù)必告知醫(yī)生你曾接觸過老鼠等嚙齒動物，這將提醒醫(yī)生特別關(guān)注鼠類傳播疾病，例如漢坦病毒。

如果懷疑感染漢坦病毒，建議采取標準防護措施，包括保持距離以及佩戴N95口罩，尤其是在擔憂可人傳人的安第斯病毒的情況下。

控制住宅及周邊環(huán)境中的鼠類，仍是預(yù)防漢坦病毒最重要的方法——這包括盡量避免在家中、工作場所或露營地與老鼠接觸。

居民可以封堵房屋或車庫中的孔洞與縫隙，防止鼠類進入；在房屋周圍設(shè)置捕鼠器，以減少鼠患；同時清理所有容易獲得的食物來源。
