科技部5月25日發(fā)布《人體基因數(shù)據(jù)研究倫理指引》，旨在規(guī)范人體基因數(shù)據(jù)研究行為，切實保護(hù)研究參與者及相關(guān)群體的合法權(quán)益，促進(jìn)人體基因數(shù)據(jù)研究的健康發(fā)展。指引由國家科技倫理委員會生命科學(xué)倫理分委員會研究編制，明確了人體基因數(shù)據(jù)是指從人體生物樣本（如細(xì)胞、組織、器官、體液及分泌物等）中獲取或由其衍生的、能夠直接反映人類遺傳信息的各類數(shù)據(jù)。
